What a privilege it is to make this announcement... HCCM now has a Director of Operations, Bill Grimme. Bill and his wife Judy moved down to Panama the end of December 2014. They began language school the first week of January, and are on the ground and working! Bill and Judy have been serving in Youth and Outreach Ministries for over 20 years and have great experience in International Missions. In May 2014, they led the first mission team from Southbridge Fellowship, our home church, to Panama in order to assist HCCM. It was during this visit that God spoke to them about relocating to Panama to assist the ministry. Together, we all prayed and the Lord made it abundantly clear that they were to join the team. Bill is now our Director of Operations and Judy our Administrator handling Human Resources and Accounting. They bring many years of experience in the corporate world, where they both excelled in their work. We are not only excited but humbled for this talented duo to join us, with a genuine heart for the Lord and for the children. What a blessing to be added to our team!

We look forward to them assisting us with many things, including keeping you more informed with the progress of Casa Providencia and Family Services in the days to come, and with assisting our overall organization as we move toward a larger platform from which to launch our large-scale project of the special needs orphanage and foster care program. We are praying for many children to be able to come into these programs. Please pray for Bill and Judy... as they settle into life in Panama with a new language and a new culture. Please continue to pray for our current staff members, and also for those that are to come in the future. The work ahead of us involves more personnel and larger-scale operations. We cannot wait to see how God moves to accomplish these great tasks.
